Article 1 – Definitions
The terms used in these Terms and Conditions of Use shall have the following meanings:
Article 2 – Presentation
Gaming.inwi.ma is a gaming site published by WANA CORPORATE, a Moroccan joint-stock company with a capital of 5,857,302,900 MAD, with its headquarters located at Boulevard Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah Marina Shopping Centre, Casablanca, Morocco, registered in the Casablanca trade register under number 99907 (hereinafter referred to as "WANA CORPORATE").
The Gaming.inwi.ma site aims to introduce players to gaming and support them in their passion. By registering on the site, users have the opportunity to participate in tournaments organized by WANA CORPORATE and its partners, as well as major events in the gaming world. The site also allows users to follow gaming news through articles and videos.
The site offers the possibility to play online through a catalog of free games and to purchase passes and virtual diamonds from the store.
Article 3 – Purpose
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of Use is to define the conditions under which the User can access the information on the Site, create an account, or register for a tournament.
The goal of the www.gaming.inwi.ma site is to support video game enthusiasts looking to get into gaming. Through the tournaments and events organized by WANA CORPORATE, users can compete against experienced players.
Article 4 ‐Commitments of gaming.inwi.ma

WANA CORPORATE will make its best efforts to ensure 24/7 access to the site, except in cases of force majeure or events outside of WANA CORPORATE's control, and subject to possible breakdowns and necessary maintenance interventions to ensure the proper functioning of the site and services available.
As a result, WANA CORPORATE cannot guarantee the availability of the site and/or services, reliability of transmissions, or performance in terms of response times or quality.
WANA CORPORATE's responsibility cannot be engaged in case of impossibility of access to the site and/or use of the integrated services.
Furthermore, WANA CORPORATE may interrupt the site or part of the services at any time without prior notice, without any entitlement to compensation. The user acknowledges and agrees that WANA CORPORATE is not responsible for interruptions and the consequences that may arise for the user or any third party. WANA CORPORATE will make every effort to ensure the best availability and quality of the site. However, WANA CORPORATE cannot guarantee the stability of transfer rates and response times, which do not solely depend on its service but also on inherent characteristics of the Internet network and/or services provided by third parties, such as Internet service providers, or malfunctions in the computing environment under the user's management and responsibility.
WANA CORPORATE reserves the right, notably for maintenance purposes, to temporarily suspend access to the site without prior notice. Whenever reasonably possible, WANA CORPORATE will limit the duration of these interruptions and intervene during periods when the disruption caused will be minimized for the user.
WANA CORPORATE’s responsibility cannot be engaged in case of contamination by viruses or any other risky element affecting the user's content, services, and equipment, or other malicious intrusions by third parties despite reasonable security measures implemented by the user and WANA CORPORATE.
Article 5 ‐Commitments of Users
The User is solely responsible for the confidentiality and use of their login details (username and password). They are also solely responsible for any connection or transmission of data made using their User account.
In the event of loss or theft of their login details, or in case of fraudulent use of their account, the User must immediately notify WANA CORPORATE by sending a written letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the Customer Service "Claims" at the address: Lotissement La Colline 2, Sidi Maârouf, Casablanca, Morocco, mentioning "DCP" in the subject of the letter.
The User agrees without reservation that any comments and, more generally, any content created by them may be reproduced and presented to the public by WANA CORPORATE, in any form and on any medium, whether known or unknown at this time. In this regard, the User freely grants WANA CORPORATE all rights necessary for the aforementioned use for the duration of the intellectual property rights under Moroccan law and worldwide.
The User agrees to comply with ethical standards and acknowledges that the comments they write may be deleted at any time if WANA CORPORATE deems it necessary and/or if the comments do not comply with the rules set forth in this article.
The User is solely responsible for the comments and content they submit in the designated comment area and content offered on the Site. In this regard, the comments and content submitted must not violate applicable legal and/or regulatory provisions, as well as the provisions of the TCU. Furthermore, they must not infringe on third-party rights or harm the image of the site or the trademarks of WANA CORPORATE.
Article 6 – Partners
WANA CORPORATE organizes tournaments in collaboration with gaming partners who offer tournaments on the site.
Article 7 – Access / Registration / Use of the Site
Access to the site is free and does not require registration. However, creating a User account is necessary to register for a tournament.
Registration on the Site is limited to individuals who are legal adults and legally capable.
It is mandatory for Users to fill out the online form with accurate and reliable information.
The online form contains mandatory fields (First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Password, Phone Number, Date of Birth, Discord Tag) which will be used to contact the player for the organization of the tournament and/or event they have registered for.
A User's registration in a tournament will be subject to specific conditions for each tournament. These conditions will be specified to each User before finalizing their registration.
If the personal information provided for the creation of the User account is false, inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, or if WANA CORPORATE has reasons to suspect this, WANA CORPORATE reserves the right to close your User account.
In the case of a minor User, they agree to obtain prior consent from their parents or legal guardian(s) for access to the Site and its content. The User declares that the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) have agreed to be responsible for ensuring their compliance with all provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Use. If applicable, the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) are advised to monitor their children's use of the Site and to keep in mind that the site's content is designed for an adult audience, even though it is a free service. As legal representatives, it is the responsibility of the parents or legal guardian(s) to determine which services are appropriate for their child and to monitor their use of them.
Article 8 – Intellectual Property
The presentation and content of the Site are the property of WANA CORPORATE or its partners and constitute an original work protected by the intellectual property laws in force, particularly those related to copyright and neighboring rights, designs, models, and trademarks.
Reproduction, representation, or exploitation, in any form, of any part of the elements comprising the Site, without the prior written authorization of WANA CORPORATE and/or its partners, is strictly prohibited and may constitute infringement under the applicable regulations related to copyright, neighboring rights, and intellectual property in general.
The information and/or documents available on the Site are subject to change at any time and may have been updated.
Use of the information available on the Site is at the full and sole responsibility of the User, who assumes all consequences that may result from it, without the responsibility of WANA CORPORATE being held in this regard, and without recourse against it.
WANA CORPORATE cannot be held responsible for any damage of any kind resulting from the interpretation or use of the information and/or documents available on the Site.
Article 9 ‐Personal Data
In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 09-08 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, the User acknowledges and agrees that personal data (name, surname, email, date of birth, and phone number) provided by them via the online form during registration will be subject to processing operations for the purposes of tournaments and events organized. These processing operations include, by way of example:

This can be done by sending a written letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the Customer Service "complaints" at the address: Lotissement La Colline 2, Sidi Maârouf, Casablanca, Morocco, mentioning "DCP gaming inwi" in the subject line.
To do so, the User must provide gaming.inwi.ma with their first and last name, phone number, and a copy of their ID card. They will receive a response from gaming.inwi.ma at the provided address.
Article 10–Cookies
The User is informed that, during their visits to the Site, a cookie may be automatically installed on their browser.
A cookie is a text file that is installed on the User's hard drive. It allows the collection and storage of data on browsing behavior from the connected device. A cookie does not identify the User; however, it records information related to their browsing on a site, including pages visited, and the date and time of the visit.
Gaming.inwi.ma uses this information in aggregate form to understand how Users use the Site and to improve it.
Furthermore, the User may object to the storage of cookies by configuring their browser. However, this deactivation may impact the ease of navigation and information retrieval on the Site.
Article 11–Hyperlinks and Viruses
The content provided on this Site is for informational purposes only.
The existence of a link from the Site to another site does not constitute validation of that site or its content. It is the User’s responsibility to use this information with discernment and a critical mind. Gaming.inwi.ma cannot be held responsible for the information, opinions, and recommendations made by these third parties.
It is explicitly stated that WANA CORPORATE has no control or responsibility over the creation of links to external sites or the content of those sites.
Thus, any connection to another site via a hyperlink is a personal choice of the User and is made solely at their own risk. Consequently, any direct or indirect damage resulting from access to another site linked through a hyperlink cannot hold WANA CORPORATE responsible.
The User is responsible for taking the necessary precautions to ensure that the selected site is not infested with viruses or any other destructive parasites.
In no case, and in general, can WANA CORPORATE be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of its Site or other linked sites.
Article 12 – Responsibility
The User agrees to:

Article 13 – Modification of the Terms of Use

The User is therefore advised to review the Terms of Use once they are informed of the update, and before any new registration for a tournament.
Article 14 – Applicable Law/Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by Moroccan law.
Any dispute arising from the execution or interpretation of these terms will be brought before the competent court.
